Parimala and Co (2026) – Tamil Comedy Thriller Movie
Parimala and Co is a 2026 Indian Tamil-language comedy thriller film written and directed by Pandiraaj. Featuring an entertaining ensemble cast led by Jayaram, Urvashi and Mysskin, the movie combines family drama, dark comedy and an unusual murder mystery. The story revolves around an ordinary family whose peaceful daily life takes an unexpected turn following a shocking incident.
With a combination of humour, suspense and unpredictable situations, Parimala and Co explores how an ordinary household reacts when its members become connected to a complicated investigation.
Parimala and Co Movie Story
The story follows Parimala, a middle-class family man who lives with his wife Sudhanthiram and their two daughters, Parasakthi and Madhumitha. Like many families, they have their own everyday problems, disagreements and personal struggles.
However, their lives become increasingly complicated when a local troublemaker named Varghese starts harassing Madhumitha. His behaviour creates tension within the family, and the situation becomes difficult for everyone involved.
The family’s problems take an unexpected turn when Varghese is found dead. Because of their previous disagreements with him, Parimala and his family members become connected to the investigation.
Inspector Emperuman takes responsibility for investigating the incident. As he begins questioning people and examining different pieces of information, the family finds itself in an increasingly uncomfortable situation.
Each family member has their own version of events, and their attempts to maintain normal behaviour create several confusing and humorous situations.
The central mystery gradually develops through family secrets, misunderstandings and unexpected revelations. The movie uses these circumstances to combine suspense with dark comedy.
